Top 10 Unusual Car Names

July 24, 2012 at 09:52

The name of the car model can already tell a lot. Even though the name is just a sound, it still tells us a lot about the hopes and intentions of the manufacturers that they have embedded into this car. When you hear the name ‘Challenger’ you already image an aggressive car that was even initially intended to beat the competition away and get for itself the most it can. With the name ‘Beatle’ you can already think about compact and small car that will be appropriate to carry this name, otherwise there would be no sense for manufacturer to choose such a word and have it as a proud name of their car. It is then a pity that some manufacturers choose to name the car with numbers or simple letter-symbols, adding –class or –series, as we cannot even imagine what we are to see behind this name.

Anyway let’s start and see the top 10 unusual car names in the history!
